Our hourly rates can change in the range $60-$80. Our business hours from 9:00AM to 5:00PM costs $60, our non-business hours from 8:00PM to 4:00AM costs $80.

In order to provide you with additional assurances, we are ready at your request to sign any of the following documents:• Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA);
• Non Competition Agreement (NCA); But, even without signing a formal NDA, we try to assure the confidentiality of your project as well as guarantee all your property rights for any produced product and other materials which you will give us for work.
Also, our company will provide you 3 months of free support and bug fixing (but no more than 10 hours per week).
All materials which will produced for you during the project fulfillment (source code, database structures, documentation, design options, etc.) fully belong to the customer. We are under obligation and we will not use the materials produced for our customers.
After project completion, all materials will be transferred to customer. When the customer has confirmed the successful receipt, all electronic copies of this data will be archived with password, will be written to CD-ROM and are deleted from programmer computers. We can load a copy from CD-ROM if the customer requires ongoing support or bug fixing. In this case, we guarantee our confidentiality. We are ready to consider additional conditions which you need for produced materials.

- · 40% - All major functionality developed (first beta);
- · 20% - After completion of work and delivering;
- For projects with the price $3000-$5000 (less 384 man-hours):
- · 30% - Advance before beginning of the project;
- · 30% - Working prototype;
- · 20% - All major functionality developed (first beta);
- · 20% - After completion of work;
- For projects with the price is higher $5000 (more than 384 man-hours):
- · The payments terms are negotiable (by milestones).
